Kendra earned her Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the College of St. Catherine / University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. She returned to the Fort Wayne to continue her passion of helping people on their journeys. For six years, Kendra worked in residential treatment helping clients recover from addiction and abuse. She also spent time working in the school systems as a school therapist and enjoys helping students overcome school challenges (peer relations, school refusal, and ADD / ADHD). She enjoys working with a variety of populations, seeing a balance of adults, adolescents, and children.
Kendra finds success in helping people manage and cope with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar, addiction, grief and loss, postpartum depression and anxiety, divorce, separation, adoption, abuse, and specializes in working with people recovering from self-harm and suicidal ideation. She has extensive experience providing treatment in individual, family, and group sessions. She uses an eclectic approach including DBT, CBT, assertiveness training ,conflict resolution, and motivational methods.

Kendra enjoys coaching volleyball and participating in the yearly Chalk Walk at Three Rivers Festival.
